Aquaria KLCC

I was very excited to hear that KL has an Aquarium where I can see Sharks and all the wierd fishes up close and above me, but later I learnt that most south east asian countries and also the UK,US have an aquarium of their own. Still, no dampening of spirits, I was interested in seeing it as it would be my first. The Aquaria is actually hidden away beneath the KLCC Suria mall and required extensive serching in the web for me to locate.

The costs were a little high at 40 RM, but being the first time, i wont back off. The variety was not so spectacular as expected. But the experience and feel were good especially at one stage where they tried recreating an rain forest with lightning thunder and the likes. For me, I was satisfied seeing the sharks and some wierd fishes. One thing though, please carry a good camera unlike me with my mobile cam which will be of no use as no flash is allowed :( .
